Complaints Handling and Resolution Process

ZIPP and its Management are committed to delivering fair dealing outcomes to our customers. If you have any complaint about the service provided to you, please take the following steps:

a) Contact your Licensed Technical Representative and tell your Licensed Technical Representative about your complaint.
b) If your complaint is not satisfactorily resolved within 3 days, please contact our Compliance Officer at +852 3713 7399 or email to compliance@zippwm.com.hk . We will try to resolve your complaint quickly and fairly.
